another frozen find by kashi

In my life, if lunch takes more than 5 minutes to make or think about its not going to happen so i’m constantly on the lookout for tasty, satisfying and healthy lunch options. I love the Kashi Lime Cilantro Shrimp frozen meal. It is very tasty and filling – with only 250 calories, 6 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein. It counts as about 1 1/2 starches, 2 proteins, 1/2 fat, and 1 veggie and is a really good source of whole grains! Hope you like it.
