Lunch is my least favorite meal – just not that exciting to me. So I don’t like to put much thought into it but need something to satisfy me. Although i’m not crazy about frozen meals, Lean Cuisine’s spa line is worth a shot. I tried the chicken pecan with brown rice and it was pretty tasty and satisfying for 260 calories. The brown rice is a bit dull so be sure and mix the sauce from the chicken with the brown rice. Try it with a piece of fruit or yogurt for dessert and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised how satisfying it is. (counts as about 2 1/2 proteins, 1 + starch, 1 veggie)
