Fish is a terrific source of lean protein but I don’t often buy fresh fish and cook it so I was happy to find Gorton’s New Grilled Tilapia Roasted Garlic and Butter in my grocery store’s freezer aisle last week. Each Fillet has only 80 calories, 15 grams of protein, 2.5 grams of fat, and only 150 mg of sodium (pretty good for frozen food). And they taste really good. I just had 2 for dinner with some veggies and feel super satisfied!
