Preheat oven to 425 degrees. What you will need: Whole Wheat Pita Bread Shredded Part Skim Mozarella Pre-cut red onions (or cut your own) Pre-cooked chicken strips (not breaded – Tyson makes these) KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
Chop chicken into cubes. Top 1 pita with 2-3 tbsp BBQ sauce, 1/4-1/2 cup onions, 1/4 cup mozarella, and 1/2 cup chopped chicken. Bake in oven for 10 minutes and serve with a salad for a fantastic and tasty dinner. Each pizza = 1 1/2 Starches, about 1 veggie, 3-4 proteins (depending on amount of chicken) and 1/2 fat.

Each serving is probably less than 1/2 the starch and fat of one slice of regular pizza and tastes great. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables toppings to make it even healthier.
