I like the idea of veggie burgers but usually I have to cover them with lots of ketchup and mustard to hide the taste. Imagine my surprise when I tried Dr. Praeger’s Tex Mex Veggie Burger. Wow! they taste great – no condiments required. Each “burger” contains 110 calories, 4.5 g fat, but less than .5 g saturated, 4 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein. I would top it with a slice of reduced fat cheese for a little extra protein and dig in (I eat mine on a light english muffin which is only 100 calories). Yeehah! Enjoy :)
