I just discovered Lean Pockets Whole Grain Pizza and I must say i’m fairly surprised. Each pocket has only 210 calories, 20 grams of protein (3 ounce equivalents) and 5 grams of fiber (21 g carbs total = net 16 so about one starch serving). They taste pretty good – probably better in the oven but who has time for that!Note, at the end of the ingredients list (less than 2% section) you will find a tiny amount of trans fats. My rule is, if it is at the end of the list, I can live with it every once in a while, especially if it means skipping “real” pizza and saving hundreds of calories!
