Fiber never tasted so delicious as in the new All-Bran Multi Grain crackers. But beware, if you have portion control issues these crackers may be a trigger food as they taste delicious and with 5 grams of fiber per serving of 18 small crackers, they are pretty healthy too. One serving would count as one starch (bread) and one fat. So if you can limit yourself to one these might make a nice salty addition to a salad at lunch or maybe even melt a slice of cheese over 10 or so for healthy nachos.
