I love to snack but if I don’t get protein in with each snack I’m hungry again in no time. And a little fiber helps too! Here is my latest favorite snack 1/2 cup fat free or low fat cottage cheese (measure out or get knudsen’s on the go) 1/2 cup low sugar applesauce (make sure it has about 12 grams of sugar and at least 2 grams of fiber) This is the perfect morning of afternoon snack: lean protein, good carbs, and a bit of fiber!
